How do I get started?
Download the app from Google Play or the App Store. Follow the instructions to register.
What are the benefits of the application?
Entrepreneurs decide the benefits they offer. You can choose benefits for yourself, choose referral benefits for your close circle, and receive separate additional benefits.
How do I use the benefit at checkout?
Show the coupon found in the MunPiiri app to the cashier when paying, and they will scan it. Your close circle can use the referral you sent even without the MunPiiri app by just showing them the referral coupon you gave them.
How often do benefits change?
Entrepreneurs decide the duration of benefits and campaigns.
How do I recommend a company to my friend?
First, open the store’s profile and click ”Recommend”. Register the referral coupon of your choice and share it with your close circle in the communication channel of your choice. You can use any channel you want, for example instant messaging services.
Will I get anything in return for the recommendation?
Yes, you can also get additional benefits for yourself. The entrepreneur determines the amount of additional benefit you receive and other conditions; you can find these in the app under each company’s “Recommend” -> “Reward for you” -> “Read more”. However, the amount of benefit you receive always depends on how many referral coupons you registered were used. Your additional benefit coupon will be delivered to you automatically in the MunPiiri app.
Is there any way I can know if my close circle will redeem the referral bonus I sent them?
Yes, you can always see the number of times your referral benefits have been used in real time from the app.
My friend redeemed the referral bonus I sent her, but I haven't received the thank you bonus, what do I do?
Please note that in some cases you will only receive an additional discount on the referral benefits used in the MunPiiri app after the campaign has ended. The duration, dates and other terms of the campaign can be found in the app under each company’s ”Recommend” -> ”Reward for you” -> ”Read more”.
