Yes! The use of the application is free for consumers.
How do I get started?
Download the app from Google Play or the App Store. Follow the instructions for registration.
What kind of discounts can be found in the application?
Merchants decide which discounts they offer. You can choose discounts directly for yourself, select referral coupons to be sent to your close friends. and receive separate additional benefits when your referral has been redeemed at the merchant after the referral campaign has ended.
How do I use the referral coupon at the store?
Show the coupon found in the MunPiiri app to the merchant and he will scan it. Your close friends can also use the referral you sent without the MunPiiri application, just by showing the referral coupon.
How often do the referrals change?
The merchant determines the benefits and duration of the campaign.
How do I send a referral coupon to a friend?
First, open the shop’s profile and click ”Recommend”. Register the referral coupon of your choice and share it with your close friends in a communication channel of your choosing.
Will I get something as a reward for the recommendation?
Yes, you can also get additional benefits for yourself. The merchant determines the amount of additional benefit you receive and other conditions; you can find these in the app under ”Recommend” -> ”Reward for you” -> ”Read more” for each merchant. However, the amount of benefit you receive always depends on how many of the referral coupons you registered were redeemed. Your additional benefit coupon will be delivered to you automatically in the MunPiiri application.
How do I know if my friends have used the coupons I sent them?
You can always see the number of redeemed referral coupons in the app, in real time.
How long will the rewards I earn from the redeemed referrals be valid?
The benefits are valid for the period specified by the merchant. You can find more detailed conditions in the application under ”Recommend” -> ”Reward for you” -> ”Read more” for each merchant.
My friend redeemed the referral coupon I sent him but I haven't received the thank you benefit, what do I do?
Please note that you will only receive the referral benefit from the redeemed referrals to the MunPiiri application when the campaign has ended. You can find the duration, dates and other conditions of the campaign in the application for each business from ”Recommend” -> ”Prize for you” -> ”Read more”. If you haven’t received the thank you coupon even after the campaign period has ended, get in touch and send a message to info@munpiiri.fi.
I was unable to use the referral coupon correctly at the checkout, what should I do?
