Regler for utloddinge / Raffle rules

Deltakelse i utloddingen:
Deltakelse skjer via forbrukerappen MinPiiri ved å trykke på knappen «Registrer deg» som hører til den aktuelle utloddingen.
Utloddingen er åpen for alle personer som på tidspunktet for påmelding bor i Finland, Sverige eller Norge, og som har lagt til Tøllefsenhjørnet som favoritt i MinPiiri. Å legge oss til som favoritt betyr at du heretter lettere finner oss og fordelene våre på appens startside.
Deltakelsen:
Deltakelsen kan avbrytes via MinPiiri-appen eller ved å sende e-post til info@munpiiri.fi fra e-postadressen som ble brukt ved registreringen i mobilappen.
Deltakelsen er gratis for app-brukeren, og leverandører av mobilplattformer (f.eks. Apple eller Google) er ikke involvert og er ikke parter i utloddingen. MinPiiri eller dets leverandør Palbassador Oy er heller ikke parter i utloddingen.
Premie: Gavekort på 1 000 kr til Tøllefsenhjørnet
Trekning: Trekningen finner sted 21. desember 2025.
Utdeling av premie:
En representant for utloddingens arrangør eller MinPiiri kontakter vinneren personlig via telefon, SMS og/eller e-post og avtaler levering av premien innen 10 dager fra trekkingsdatoen. Dersom vinneren ikke kan nås innen 3 dager fra første kontakt, kan premien trekkes på nytt.
Behandling av personopplysninger:
Personopplysningene som gis til arrangøren i forbindelse med utloddingen vil kun bli brukt til å varsle vinneren. Personopplysningene registreres/lagres ikke og slettes etter at utloddingen er avsluttet.

Participation in the raffle:
Participation in the raffle takes place via the MinPiiri consumer mobile application by pressing the ”Enroll” button related to the raffle in question.
The raffle is open to all people living in Finland, Sweden or Norway who have added Tøllefsenhjørnet to their MinPiiri favorites. That way you will find us and our benefits more easily on your app homepage in the future.
Canceling: Participation in the raffle can be cancelled via the MinPiiri application or by sending an email to info@munpiiri.fi from the email address used when registering for the mobile application.
Participation in the raffle is free for the app user, and mobile platform providers such as Apple or Google are not involved or parties to the raffle. MinPiiri or its provider Palbassador Oy are also not parties to the raffle.
Raffle prize: 1000 NOK gift card to Tøllefsenhjørnet
Date of the draw: The draw will take place on December 20th, 2025.
Delivery of the prize: The representative of the raffle organizer or MinPiiri will notify the winner of the raffle win personally by phone, text message and/or email and agree on the delivery of the prize within 10 days of the date of the draw. If the raffle winner cannot be contacted within 3 days of the first contact, the prize may be drawn again.
About the processing of personal data:
The personal data of the raffle participants provided to the organizer of the raffle in connection with the draw will not be used for any purpose other than to notify the winner of the raffle. Personal data will not be registered/stored and will be destroyed after the raffle.
