Regler för utlottningen / Raffle rules

Start- och sluttid för deltagande: 29.9.2025–16.11.2025
Deltagande i utlottningen:
Deltagande sker via konsumentappen Minpiiri/Munpiiri genom att trycka på knappen ”Delta” som hör till den aktuella utlottningen.
Utlottningen är öppen för alla personer som vid anmälningstillfället bor i Finland, Sverige eller Norge och som har lagt till Kukkolaforsen som favorit i MinPiiri / MunPiiri. Att lägga till oss som favorit innebär att du i fortsättningen lättare hittar oss och våra förmåner på appens startsida.
Deltagandet: Deltagandet kan avbrytas via MinPiiri / MunPiiri-appen eller genom att skicka e-post till info@munpiiri.fi från den e-postadress som användes vid registreringen i mobilappen.
Deltagandet är gratis för appanvändaren, och mobilplattformarnas leverantörer (t.ex. Apple eller Google) är inte inblandade och är inte parter i utlottningen. MinPiiri / MunPiiri eller dess leverantör Palbassador Oy är inte heller parter i utlottningen.
Vinst: Presentkort på 2 000 kr till Kukkolaforsen
Observera att vinsten över 1800 kronor kan vara skattepliktiga enligt Skatteverkets riktlinjer. Vinnaren ansvarar själv för eventuell redovisning till Skatteverket.
Vinstdragning: Dragningen sker 17 november 2025.
Utdelning av vinst:
En representant för utlottningens arrangör eller MinPiiri / MunPiiri kontaktar vinnaren personligen via telefon, sms och/eller e-post och kommer överens om leveransen av vinsten inom 10 dagar från dragningens datum. Om vinnaren inte kan nås inom 3 dagar från första kontakt kan vinsten dras om.
Behandling av personuppgifter:
De personuppgifter som lämnas till arrangören i samband med utlottningen kommer endast att användas för att meddela vinnaren. Personuppgifterna registreras/lagras inte och kommer att raderas efter att utlottningen avslutats.

Participation in the raffle:
Participation in the raffle takes place via the MinPiiri / MunPiiri consumer mobile application by pressing the ”Enroll” button related to the raffle in question.
The raffle is open to all people living in Finland, Sweden or Norway at the time of entry who have added Kukkolaforsen to their MinPiiri / MunPiiri favorites. Adding us as a favorite means that you will find us and our benefits more easily on your app homepage in the future.
Canceling: Participation in the raffle can be cancelled via the MinPiiri / MunPiiri application or by sending an email to info@munpiiri.fi from the email address used when registering for the mobile application.
Participation in the raffle is free for the app user, and mobile platform providers such as Apple or Google are not involved or parties to the raffle. MinPiiri / MunPiiri or its provider Palbassador Oy are also not parties to the raffle.
Raffle prize: 2000 SEK gift card to Kukkolaforsen
Please note that a prize over SEK 1,800 may be taxable under the Swedish Tax Agency’s (Skatteverket) guidelines. The winner is responsible for any required reporting to Skatteverket.
Date of the draw: The draw will take place on November 17th, 2025.
Delivery of the prize: The representative of the raffle organizer or MinPiiri / MunPiiri will notify the winner of the raffle win personally by phone, text message and/or email and agree on the delivery of the prize within 10 days of the date of the draw. If the raffle winner cannot be contacted within 3 days of the first contact, the prize may be drawn again.
About the processing of personal data:
The personal data of the raffle participants provided to the organizer of the raffle in connection with the draw will not be used for any purpose other than to notify the winner of the raffle. Personal data will not be registered/stored and will be destroyed after the raffle.
